PropCollabs is not registered for GST, so no GST is added. The price shown is the full amount you pay.
How paying works
- You pay inside the PropCollabs app, by UPI, debit or credit card, or netbanking, through a secure payment gateway. We never see or store your card details.
- Your plan starts as soon as the payment goes through and runs for 1 month or 12 months.
- Plans do not renew automatically and nothing is charged without you. Before a plan ends, the app reminds you to renew.
- If you do not renew, your account goes back to the free plan. Your listings stay safe and nothing is deleted.
What you pay for
PropCollabs is software. We only charge property professionals and agencies for using the software. We never collect, hold or pass on rent, security deposits, token money, booking amounts, sale proceeds or brokerage for any property, and no such payment is ever made through PropCollabs.
