Terms of Service

These terms apply to everyone who uses PropCollabs (propcollabs.com and the PropCollabs app), which is run by PropCollabs (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use PropCollabs.

1. What PropCollabs is

PropCollabs is software for property professionals and agencies. It lets them keep their property listings and their leads in one place, find matching properties, share listings on WhatsApp, and show their available listings on a public web page.

2. Who can use it

• Accounts are for property professionals, agencies and their staff who are at least 18 years old.
• You must give a correct name, mobile number and city, and keep them up to date.
• Anyone can view the public listings pages without an account.

3. Your account

• You log in with your mobile number and a PIN. Keep your PIN secret; you are responsible for what is done with your account.
• Tell us straight away at support@propcollabs.com if you think someone else has used your account.

4. Plans and payment

• Each account can keep a number of properties for free. Paid monthly and yearly plans allow more; current prices are on the Pricing page.
• Plans are paid in advance, in Indian rupees, through a secure payment gateway. PropCollabs is not registered for GST, so no GST is added.
• Plans do not renew automatically. When a plan ends and is not renewed, the account goes back to the free plan: listings stay, but new ones cannot be added above the free limit.
• Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• We may change prices for future plans. A change never affects a plan you have already paid for.

5. Your listings and leads

• You are responsible for what you add: it must be true, up to date, and something you are allowed to share. Remove or mark a property as sold or rented when it is no longer available.
• Only save a property owner’s or a client’s contact details with their permission, and follow the law that applies to you, including RERA rules where they apply.
• You keep ownership of your content. You allow us to store it, show it to the people you choose (your team, other members and the public pages) and use it to run the service.

6. What is not allowed

• Fake, misleading or duplicate listings, or listings for property you have no right to offer.
• Using PropCollabs to collect payments, deposits or brokerage from anyone.
• Copying other members’ listings or contacts in bulk, spamming people, or misusing anyone’s personal data.
• Trying to get into other accounts, the admin area or the servers, or disrupting the service.

If these terms are broken, we may remove content or suspend or close the account. Where we can, we will tell you first.

7. The service

• We work to keep PropCollabs available and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be free of interruptions or errors.
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of listings, or for any deal, dispute or loss between members, property owners and clients.
• As far as the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Closing your account

You can stop using PropCollabs at any time and ask us to close your account and delete your data by writing to support@propcollabs.com. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes and law

• We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; for important changes we will tell account holders in the app.
• These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
